Services: inbound FIT from 2 pax, wellness day tour from 10, team building from 20, study tours from 20. Goods: specialty gift boxes from 50 (OEM 500), mugwort sets from 100 (OEM 1,000). Below minimum we handle it as a private departure or sample order.

Quotes itemise lodging grade, meal standard, vehicle class, entries, guide language, insurance limits and service fees; personal spending and optional items are excluded. Standard validity is 14 days; for peak season (Apr–May, Sep–Nov) lock pricing 21 days ahead. No increases after signing.

Yes. We issue bilingual service agreements and both general and special VAT invoices, with monthly settlement for corporate accounts. The operating entity is Shenzhen Leijun Technology Co., Ltd., settling via corporate bank account — audit-ready for procurement.

We accept corporate T/T, Stripe, PayPal and Alipay global collection, in CNY or USD. First engagements usually require a 30% deposit with the balance settled before departure or shipment; annual framework clients may apply for monthly settlement.

Day tours need 3 days, multi-day wellness and team building 7–15 days, large MICE ideally 30 days. Goods: stock ships in 3–5 days, OEM bulk in 15–20 days. Peak-season room and vehicle allocations should be locked early.

Yes. Site visits and video audits are welcome: operations centre, certified lodges, study bases, mugwort plantation and processing workshop. For goods we provide samples with third-party test reports, and the sample fee is credited against bulk orders.

Small batches move by cross-border line or air (3–7 days), bulk by FCL or LCL sea (20–35 days), quoted EXW or FOB. Liquid or fragile items are reinforced and declared separately, with packing lists, bills of lading and insurance advice provided.

Every merchant is scored on eight dimensions out of 100 with mystery-shopper audits and quarterly re-reviews: Bronze at 70, Silver at 80, Gold at 90, each verifiable by scanning a per-store code. Overcharging, hygiene failures, safety risks or false advertising trigger immediate downgrade or public delisting.

We operate a compensation-first policy: XIANRUAN pays the client first and recovers from the responsible vendor, so you never negotiate with suppliers. Price protection also applies — if a lower like-for-like rate exists, we refund twice the difference.

Yes. Twelve service languages including Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and French; lodging is licensed for foreign guests with English front desks and Western breakfast. Halal, vegetarian, gluten-free and allergy-friendly menus can be arranged, and prayer times or worship space written into the itinerary.

Client lists, itineraries and passport data are never shared externally; they are handled under GDPR and China’s PIPL, used only to execute the booking and deleted at the end of the retention period. A data processing agreement can be signed on request.
